Momentum says it all about both Leadership and what motivated the posts written from a leading point of view over the weeks in the wilderness recently. Leadership From the Yukon to Alaska over on #BEALEADER™ is from the 7-week long journey-slash-boot-camp focusing on Pioneer Outfitters Alaska Guide Trainees that were part of the Team on the International Horseback Adventure. Leadership is a lifetime goal for any leader. Always learning, adjusting, implementing and repeating the process, is the only way to truly be a good leader.

  1. I’m proud of all the hard work you have put in over the years. It is really showing in the quality of work you produce. I’m also happy that my daughter has you for a role model. Keep it up, you’re a great example for all of us.

I can’t even put into words what it meant- and means- to me, that you would say this to me. Thank you. With all my heart. I promise both you and Dannie, I will never stop working as hard as I can, learning as much as I can, to help guide and watch over our young people. I want so much for them to be proud of me.
(Huge warm feeling, in my chest, behind my eyes.)
Stay safe & love each other.
