Call Pioneer Outfitters soon to schedule your preferred dates to hunt. Be sure to ask for Amber-Lee, so that she may send your Welcome Packet and contract to sign. You will also receive the information you will need to make a 50% deposit to lock in your timeframe. Amber-Lee will also get you the information you need to secure your deposit.
Winter Wolf Hunt Schedule:
Our Winter Wolf Hunts & Trapping Schedule is flexible. We have trap lines out all winter and Spring as the Season's permit. The best time for these excursions are from late February to the end of April. We use snow-machines on these excursions and they are generally based out of our Lodge in Chisana. This offers warm and welcoming ends to every day.

Deposits / Reservations / Cancellations:
To secure a future hunt a deposit of 50% of your total hunt cost is required.
If booking your hunt at a Convention or Sport Show, $1,000.00 will hold your reservation for 30 days, after which time the remainder of the 50% deposit is due.
All remaining balances are due June 1st of the year of your hunt. YOUR HUNT WILL NOT start UNTIL THE COMPLETE BALANCE IS PAID.
*Deposits are non refundable, however they can be rescheduled with enough notice and can be transferred to a family member or friend.
